Yoga for Swimmers (Video) – Releasing Tension in the Hip Flexors

One area of the body that is effected the most through training is the hip flexors. The hip flexors are used extensively in the kicking motions for freestyle, butterfly and backstroke, because of this it is an area where many swimmers become very tight.

This short video sequence will take you through four poses that will help relieve stiffness and tension in your hip flexors.
