There are fewer things that athletes cherish in sports more than a home games, and that is exactly what Team Canada has here at the Toronto 2015 Pan American Games.

Thus far, the crowd has been extremely loud and supportive of the Canadian team whether it be in prelims, a consolation final, or the championship final.

The team has been reacting extremely positively to the home games experience. Team Canada head coach Ben Titley told Swimswam that the atmosphere has put the team in good spirits and has kept their confidence high.

The above video features five Canadian swimmers: Russell Wood, Noemie Thomas, Katerine Savard, Dominique Bouchard, and Martha McCabe. Between all of them, they have collectively earned three medals so far for Canada in two days of competition.
