The Wyckoff Sharks have released a video which details their training and performance leading up to Long Course YMCA Nationals.
The beginning of the video shows pictures and videos of the swimmers leading up to the big meet. After that, there is footage of the swimmers at the airport and on the airplane.
The second half of the video includes content from warm up at the meet, and some real meet footage. The end of the video depicts certain swimmers from the team receiving medals for their performance in the pool. Overall, it is a well-produced video that will give the viewer a chance to see what going to a competitive age group meet looks like.
The Wyckoff YMCA Sharks are a swim team out of New Jersey, with head coach Kenneth Berk at the helms of the team.
This year Long Course YMCA Nationals took place in Indianapolis, Indiana at the IU Natatorium. The meet started on July 27 and ended on the 31st.
