WATCH: Race Videos from Day 1 of the 2018 NCSA Junior Nationals

2018 NCSA Juniors – Orlando

Day 1 of the 2018 NCSA Junior National Championships in Orlando, Florida kicked off on Tuesday with timed-finals races and a win by Madison Homovich. Homovich was the girls’ high-point award winner at last year’s meet, but didn’t win any races. It didn’t take her long to break that streak this year, winning her first event, the 1000 free.

I don’t know who the announcer is, but I can’t believe they brought him back. Not a good fit to announce swimming. Doesn’t seem to know any swimming lingo and fails miserably at making it interesting for spectators.
