ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — UNM head swimming and diving coach Keegan Ingelido has announced that senior diver Hannah Tiendas and senior swimmers Brooke Zukowski and Raine Gavino have been named captains for the upcoming 2020-21 season.

The triumvirate will have the task of leading a young team that features over 20 underclassmen.

“I am very excited for these three ladies to lead our program for the 2020-2021 season. I think we have a good mix of personalities between Hannah, Brooke, and Raine. They each have their strengths that compliment each other to help lead this team. I look forward to the success these captains and team have ahead of them this season.”

Last year Tiendas scored 21 points in the Mountain West championships, scoring in both the platform and 3-meter. Zukowski specializes in the sprints, with her best placements in the 100 and 200-meter breaststrokes. Gavino specialized in the breaststroke, also placing high in the 100 and 200-meter.
