While COVID-19 may be turning the world upside down, that doesn’t mean you need to sit around and wait for this pandemic to end. You can take a proactive swimming approach from your very own home through virtual online coaching on our website.

During this lockdown period, we are temporarily offering our on-line coaching services (Lane 4) for one month at time, in addition to the normal 4 month and one-year subscriptions. As we have already learned from our Lane 4 clients around the world, Race Club coaches can provide some invaluable advice and workouts on line. In particular, we have a library of dryland workouts and videos available to offer you right now.

By signing up for the 1-month, 4-month or one-year coaching subscription to Lane 4, you will have a Race Club coach on line twice monthly for 30 minutes offering personalized advice and instruction on how to stay in shape from home. You will have full access to our expansive library containing hundreds of articles and videos, including over 55 dryland videos. With some very inexpensive dryland equipment that you can also order on line, you can get started right away and become stronger and fitter while staying safe at home.

If you want to see the high-quality videos we offer, you can also sign up for a FREE Lane 2 subscription for one week. In Lane 2 you will find over 100 webisodes and 200 articles on swimming technique and dryland training.

Fortunately, COVID-19 virus is not transmissible through the internet, so sign up for one month of Lane 4 coaching today, or a free Lane 2 subscription for one week, and let’s get started! We look forward to working with you on line, wherever you may live.

Yours is swimming,

Gary Sr.
