Ryan Lochte Confirms Training at SwimMAC Through 2016
Lochte told the Charlotte Observer: “In my next swimming career, which started this morning, I want to train for some sprint events now…. I’m not done yet. I think there’s a lot more I can accomplish in the sport of swimming. I want to take my swimming to a new [level], and I want to bring it here to Charlotte.”
Cullen Jones Diversity Invitational Draws 500+ Swimmers To Compete OCT. 11-13
Cullen Jones: “It has always been a dream of mine to bring the sport of swimming to a broader audience. The CJDI is designed to help support – and encourage – diversity in swimming by bringing together kids of all backgrounds and giving them the chance to compete in an elite event, all while raising money to support this important cause. It’s going to be a terrific event!”
Olympic Gold Medalist to Host First-Ever Cullen Jones Diversity Invitational, Oct. 11-13
Four-time Olympic medalist Cullen Jones, the Queen City Dolphins, and Speedo will host more than 500 swimmers from around the United States at the first-ever Cullen Jones Diversity Invitational (CJDI), a three-day, USA Swimming-sanctioned swim meet, held Oct. 11-13 at the Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center in Charlotte, N.C.
