SwimOutlet & SwimTopia Partner To Offer Seamless Team Store Experience

San Jose, CA & Austin, TX (January 28, 2022) – SwimOutlet, the web’s most popular swim shop, and SwimTopia, the #1 platform for summer/rec swim teams across the U.S., have entered into a partnership to offer a best-in-class team sales experience for all teams on the SwimTopia software platform.

The agreement means that more than 1,800 team stores can now be integrated into a team’s digital presence in a seamless and turn-key process through the SwimOutlet Team Division, whose custom team store platform launched almost a decade ago.

“As the top provider of custom swim team stores, SwimOutlet is already the preferred vendor for hundreds of SwimTopia customers,” said Mason Hale, CEO & Founder of SwimTopia. “We’re excited to make it as easy as possible for existing and new SwimTopia teams to set up a custom SwimOutlet team store and connect it to their website. With this new streamlined option, we’ll save teams time and give them easier access to SwimOutlet’s exceptional services.”

All SwimTopia team sites will generate a commission on sales through their SwimOutlet powered team store in the form of cash back or store credit. As a result, teams will be able to use their team store as a mechanism for fundraising with a portion of all proceeds from their team sales going right back to the club.

“The SwimOutlet Team Division has built a scalable team store platform that is unique within swimming, and we’re pleased to enable the addition of 1,800 new team stores through this far-reaching new partnership with SwimTopia across the country,” said Jaime Benes, VP, Team Sales at SwimOutlet. “To have the number one software platform for managing summer swim teams, leagues and events join up with the leading swim team e-commerce platform in SwimOutlet is a great match for the sport.”

Integration for SwimTopia’s network of swim teams is expected in early February. Among other things, teams will be able to easily customize their SwimOutlet Team Store look and landing page, and curate what products and brands they want to present team members on the SwimTopia site.

“The SwimOutlet team store experience allows coaches to set up the store, and SwimOutlet then basically handles the rest – from customizing products to shipping directly to swimmer’s homes,” adds Benes. “That translates to a stress free season in which coaches can focus on the athletes in the pool, and that’s the goal of our partnership.”
