SWIMMERS KI JOURNEY KE 12 STAGES

Hello Swimmers aaj ham aapke liye behad hi khas article lekar aye hai jo ki aapko btayega ki kaise ek Swimmer Tyar hota hai, Unki journey me kya kya stages hote hai. To chaliye dekhte hai ek swimmer ki journey ke 12 stages. Ye 12 Stages SwimSmartToday Dwara Btaye Gaye Hai.

  1. STATUS QUO.

Abhi aap ek regular kid ki tarah hi hai. Aapne abhi tak probably “team sports” kiya hoga ya phir kuch chize ball ke saath bhi ki hongi. Aapne last time water mei tab hi hit kiya hoga jab aap shower le rahe honge. Ye hi aapki duniya hai. Ek ordinary duniya. Aur aap iske alawa abhi aur kuch nahi jaante.

  1. CALL TO ADVENTURE.

Aap apne friend ko call karke bolte hai ki yaar aaja ghar par aaj video games khelte hai, but aapka friend reply karta hai ki “mai nahi aa sakta mujhe swim practice ke liye jaana hai”. Aisa unhone pahle bhi kai baar kaha tha but is baar kuch different tha kyu ki is baar aapke friend ne aapse pucha tha ki kya tum “mere saath practice par aana pasand karoge?”

  1. REFUSAL OF THE CALL.

Practice? Wo bhi subah ke 6 baje? SATURDAY ko? Sahi hai, par maybe next time. Mujhe meri neend pyari hai, mera time pyara hai aur meri land activities bhi. Mai kyu us freezing water mei jump karu wo bhi sun ke aane se 2 ghante pahle hi aur force karu apni breath ko constantly hold karne ka jabki mai apni body ki sabhi muscle ka use kar sakta hu.

  1. MEETING THE MENTOR.

Apne friend ke through ya phir kinhi aur reasons ki wajah se aap mentor se milte hai. Ek din aise hi wo mentor aapki swimming dekhte huye aapse kahte hai ki “tumhare andar water ke liye acchi feel hai aur wo potential bhi hai jisse tum aage bahot kuch kar sakte ho par agar tum is potential ko achieve karna chahte ho to tumhe jarurat hogi ek teacher,ek team ki aur practice ki. Kal se practice karne aa jaao. Aur yaha se shuruwaat hoti hai aapke ek Hero (Swimmer) banne ki.

  1. CROSSING THE THRESHOLD.

Aap kabhi bhi koi dare ya challenge refuse nahi karte hai, isliye aap pool par aa gaye hai apni 1st practice ke liye. Sabhi log apne saath kai saare stuff liye huye dikh rahe hai: goggles, caps, fins… aapne unme se kuch nahi liya hai abhi tak. But aapki team aapko wo sab deti hai jiski aapko jarurat hoti hai aur aapko sikhati hai ki clock ko kaise read kiya jaata hai. Aur for the first time aap pool mei ek swimmer ki tarah jump karte hai. Aur uske baad aap is clocks aur water ki special duniya ko feel karte hai.

 

  1. TRIALS

Starting mei, aap lane ke end mei rahte hai sabhi swimmers ke piche. But aap quit nahi karte hai kyu k har din aap pichle din se better karte rahte hai (aur aap ke friends bhi utne bure nhi hote hai). Jald hi, aap apni lane mei lead karne lagte hai. Uske baad jald hi aap apni heat bhi lead karne lagte hai. Aur ek season ki training, racing, friends aur enemies banana ke baad wo time bhi aa hi jaata hai jab aapko apna biggest challenge face karna padta hai.

  1. THE APPROACH

Aapki pahli big meet ab kuch hi weeks dur hai aur taper shuru ho gaya hai. Throughout the season aap kabhi bhi itna tired aur hungry nahi feel kiye the. But ab resting shuru ho chuki hai aap apne mind aur body ko sharper Karte huye feel kar sakte hai…it’s time to race!

  1. THE ORDEAL.

Prelims aur Finals ke liye ab bas four days baaki hai, kis tarah ki swim meet hai ye? Ye most grueling event hai aapki life ka, but iske bawjood bhi aapki body strong bani hui hai aur aapki expectations ke beyond perform kar rahi hai. Coach, aapki team aur aap khud results dekh kar super impressed huye hai.

  1. THE REWARD

Meet ke baad, aap discover karte hai ki ye toh bas ek stepping stone swim meet thi aur aapne actually next level ke liye cut times bana liya! On top of that, aapko kuch mails bhi aaye hai across the country colleges se ye puchte huye ki kya aap unke liye swim karoge. Coach bhi bahot proud hai aur kahte hai “Mujhe toh ye sab beginning se pata tha.” J

  1. THE RETURN

Aap pool mei return aate hai, sab waisa hi rahta hai except iske ki is baar new teams aur new season hai. Abhi tak aap season se familiar toh ho hi chuke hai: Train, taper, race, win. But ye season different hai. Injury ne aapse dosti kar li hai, aapne sab accha kiya hai aur apna best bhi try kiya hai, but season ke end mei result aata hai ki aap haar gaye hai. Sirf hare hi nahi aapne apna personal best time bhi touch nahi kiya is baar!

  1. RESURRECTION

Aap quit toh nahi karte hai, aapne itna kuch sikh hi liya hai water se. Aap kuch aur year training karte hai, yaha waha kuch couple best times bhi banate hai, but aapke swimming career ka most part ab over ho chuka hai aur ab time aa chukka hai ki aap phir se ek swammer banne ka, land dwellers ke ordinary world mei return aane ka.

  1. RESOLUTION

Kuch saalo ke baad aapke paas successful career hai based on the lessons jo aapne pool se sikha tha: dedication, toughness, even ingenuity. Achanak hi, aap ke local club mei vacancy aati hai unhe coach ki jarurat hai. Unhe aapki aur aapke experience ki jarurat hai.
