Be a part of South Florida’s largest international competitive swim camp this summer!
The responsibilities of a Pine Crest Swim Camp Counselor include, but are not limited to, overseeing campers assigned to you during all camp activities (i.e. beach, bowling, water parks, Disney World, Islands of Adventure, deep sea fishing, laser tag, etc.), holding daily camper-counselor meetings, assisting coaches during swim and dry-land, practices and teaching private swim lessons.
In addition to weekly compensation, the cost of your accommodation, meals, and trips are included in your employment.
You will have the opportunity to train with Pine Crest Swim Team at no charge to you, but your priority will be your responsibilities as a Pine Crest Swim Camp Counselor.
You must be 18 or older and legal to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position.

Established in 1965, Pine Crest Swim Camp is one of the most recognized names in the swimming world. Many of our camp alumni go on to have successful International and Collegiate careers, while some of our counselors have launched their own successful coaching careers. We are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on a picturesque campus of Pine Crest Preparatory School.
