Lynchburg YMCA seeks head swim coach and director of competitive swimming.
This is a coach run and YMCA supported program.
Looking for an energetic and dedicated candidate that can oversee the entire program.
The program is currently looking for both the Director of Competitive Swimming/Head Coach and Assistant Director/ Coach for the program.

The program has a 54 year history of YMCA swimming and had a waiting list this year. Lynchburg is in Southwest Central Virginia and sits at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is an hour south of Charlottesville and three hours to Washington DC. The cost of living is 10% lower than the national average.
