PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s final swimming and diving honors for the week ending Feb. 7.
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE MALE SWIMMER OF THE WEEK

Krzyzaniak posted an NCAA B standard and career-best time in the 200-yard freestyle at the SMU Pre-Conference Time Trials. The sophomore touched the wall with 1:37.76 showing on the timer. Krzyzaniak also anchored the 200-yard medley relay team that turned in the fastest time of the event (1:32.04).

Pitts produced the top scores in the 1-meter and 3-meter events over the weekend. The Anthem, Ariz., product posted another NCAA qualifying score in the 1-meter (310.35) and generated 290.40 points in the 3-meter.

Rogers captured the 50-yard freestyle and helped a pair of SMU relay teams earn wins in a 132-109 victory over North Texas on Friday. The senior defeated the field in the 50 free with a time of 23.37. Rogers swam the first leg of the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:33.52) and the freestyle leg in the 200-yard medley relay (1:41.01). At the time trials, the England native posted a top time in the 50 free (23.18) and was a part of the 200 medley relay team (1:43.59).

Lauren Lamb • Jr. • SMU • San Antonio, Texas
Lamb recorded runner-up finishes in 1-meter and 3-meter events against North Texas and registered the top scores in the pre-conference time trials. Against the Mean Green, the junior finished the 1-meter with a score of 226.12 and followed with a score of 225.74 in the 3-meter. At the time trials, Lamb produced 238.35 in the 3-meter and 221.78 in the 1-meter.
