Nathan Adrian barely made the championship final, but lane 8 didn’t seem to bother him at all. Adrian got out in front right away and into clean water, finishing with a body length lead, in 48.32. Keep an eye on lane 8 at the top of your screen.

Nathan has been extremely consistent in the mid-48 range for the last couple months. Can anyone give some solid insight as to where he is in his training? Should we expect to see a nice time drop into the 47s by Irvine and Pan Pacs?????
Lane Four – Nathan gave a little earlier today!

I am sure he will dip under 48 this year ! Not many sprinters in 2014 have been as consistent as Nathan . He will have few occasions to get faster anyway which is great . He is in the right path for way better times .
Does anyone know when next Phelp’s race will be?
