Japan Ke superstar and Tokyo 2020 me medal ke liye sabke hope Rikako Ikee ki taraf se ek buri khabar aa rhi hai ki unko leukemia hai, ye news unhone 12th feburary ko tweet ke jariye apne fans ko share kri.

Masaaki Yoshida jo ki ikee ke corporate sponsor ke vice chairman hai unhone btaya ki ikee abhi hospitalised hai and doctor mante hai ki unhone ye disease ko early stage me hi discover kar liya hai. (Japan Times)

Is April me hone wale japanese championships me ikee se yahi umeed lgayi ja rhi thi ki wo kafi sare titles jit jati and ye competition 2019 FINA world championships ke liye qualifying bhi rhega. Lekin competiton ke time par ikee treatment me rhengi.
