While many college teams travel farther south, the Northern Michigan Wildcats had a different sort of training camp this year. They travelled to Nashville, Tennessee for their getaway. No word on whether they got the chance to visit the “Grand Ole Opry” as the video is made up almost entirely of swimmers working out.
They made this video of their time training, captioned with the quote “hard work beats talent”. Northern Michigan is a Division 2 program and competes in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. They finished third in their conference last year and 17th at the NCAA Championship.
