North Carolina Aquatics Club’s Rory O’Dell Commits to Saint Francis

Saint Francis University picked up a commitment from Rory O’Dell of North Carolina Aquatics Club and Northwood High School.

The Red Flash will get a solid all around swimmer in O’Dell, from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who has times that would score points at last season’s North Eastern Conference Championship Meet.

Her top 200 freestyle time, 1:57.08, would have placed her 16th at the conference meet last year. She would also place 16th in the mile with her best time of 18:28.28.

Her 1:00.41 in the 100 backstroke would have secured a 14th place finish last season. O’Dell’s highest finish would have been in the 200 back, where she would have finished 10th with her best time of 2:07.10. Her best 100 fly, 59.62, would have been 16th at the conference meet last year.

  • 100 freestyle: 55.61
  • 1000 freestyle: 11:.04.44
  • 200 backstroke: 2:07.10
  • 100 breaststroke: 1:15.27
  • 200 breaststroke: 2:07.10

  • 400 IM: 4:36.45
