The Ohio State University Buckeyes had two future swimmers sign NLIs today. On the men’s side, Brayden Seal signed on from his home state of Texas, while on the women’s side, Macie McNichols signed on to stay in-state.
Seal, pictured above, is a distance freestyler who should help the Buckeyes reload in a ferocious Big Ten. He’s been 1:39.07 in the 200, 4:28.23 in the 500, and 15:34.64 in the 1650.
McNichols is a sprint freestyler, holding best times of 23.28 in the 50 and 50.89 in the 100. She will look for a third event with the Buckeyes as well as look for opportunities to help the Ohio State freestyle relays early on.
