In the final for 14-year-olds Tai Long Singh’s time of 56.99 absolutely obliterated the rest of the field. That time broke Emil Goin’s boys 13-14 Canadian age group record in the event, which was previously held at 57.31.

876 Compete at 2014 Canadian Age Group Championships
876 swimmers from 144 clubs are competing at the Pan Am Pool. Nine of the 10 provinces as well as the Yukon have entries. There is also an international flavour with swimmers from Ireland, Hong Kong, Bermuda and England.
