Graham was more than eight-tenths under his newly-minted PB of 53.94 with his 53.1 fly leg, and then Howat closing in 50.57 was significantly faster than he was individually at the meet (52.19).
Graham was the difference-maker for NCAP in terms of nabbing the record, as his 53.10 leg was 1.75 seconds quicker than the Aquajets’ split.
Schmid (UNC), Arnold (FSU) and Graham (Louisville) are all headed to the NCAA next season, while Howat is apart of the stacked Virginia class beginning in the fall of 2025.
