WISCA Week Six Polls: Middleton Holds Firm Lead in Division 1

Middleton High School remains atop the Division 1 rankings in Wisconsin girls high school swimming, continuing their perfect streak that started with pre-season polls.

The top four in Division 1 remain intact from last week, with some shuffling between spots 6 and 10 down the line.

Madison Edgewood still holds a wavering lead over McFarland– last week, McFarland had closed the gap to 30 points, though they’ve fallen back to a 61-point deficit now. Grafton, meanwhile, has swapped places with Baraboo– the former now holds the #3 spot, with the latter slipping to #4.

The big mover of the week comes in Divison 2, where Whitefish Bay has leaped eight spots to claim #8 in the division.

The season is already rapidly coming to a close– only a couple weeks are left in the regular season, as Wisconsin‘s best will head to the State Championships. The Division 2 meet is set for November 11th, with the Division 1 meet taking place the next day on November 12th. More info on the state meets here.
