Was on deck at Mesa. MA right around 6’4″ to maybe 6’5″; looked as tall as his dad standing next to him. MA is strong and big, but Hoffer looked more ripped and developed for roughly the same age. MA standing next to the likes of Grevers and Vyatchanin, though, and he looks like he has huge upside if he will really be 6’8″ or so.

MA is a big boy. He has that advantage … Essentially being a man when most of his peers are just hitting puberty.
Philip Johnson – According to a study done by Marcia Herman-Giddens, DrPH, and colleagues, the average American male begins puberty around 9 or 10 years old, much earlier than in previous generations.
In other words – most 15 year olds aren’t ‘just hitting puberty’ anymore.
Your right Branden, it will probably be the norm in the upcoming years to see 12, 13, 14, or 15 year olds at 6 feet and beyond (isn’t there a black American breaststroker that’s like 14 and 6’7″?). It’s an interesting phenomenon. I’ve heard theories on why our youth (including women) seems to be maturing at younger and younger ages, but nothing is concrete. Just looking at pics of Phelps at 15, it’s just a vast difference between him and MA.
Bobo gigi– Your second statement completely contradicts your first statement. If Ma were to look so tall and huge next to MP, the MP would look so small and so skinny next to MA. Get your facts straight before posting on the internet.

Those photos give some context to just how big MA is. Holy smokes.
MA looks so tall and so huge next to MP.
MP looks so small and so skinny next to MA.
I do think a lot of it is due to angle and posture, but even without that I’d say MA is taller than MP now. Good sign!

OGOG, your statements are quite harsh for being non-sensical jibberish. Bobo Gigi’s original statement made perfect sense.
