Mandwa Se Elephanta Two-Way Swim Complete Kiya Anshuman Jhungran

16-year-old Mumbai ka ek ladka, Ayushman Jhingran ne apni 5th marathon swim complete ki Alibaug ke Mandwa se Elephanta Island tak aur wapas bhi aa gaye 10 hours 19 minutes mei. Two-way swim me Ayushman Jhingran ne 42 km ka total distance covered kiya. Anshuman ne Mandwa Jetty se 4:41 am Sunday, 16th December,2021 ko swim start ki.

Ye pahle aise swimmer bane jihone is route par swim kiya jo ki ek challenge hai kyuki isme various creeks se tidal change aur opposing water flow hota hai. Thandi ki subah mei himmat karke unhone open sea mei jo swim start ki thi wo unhone around 9:45 am ko Elephanta Island pahoch kar roki. Numerous jellyfish stings aur inclement weather se battle karte huye, wo wapas Mandwa Jetty par pahuche aur 3:00 pm ke around unhone apni swim complete ki yaha pahoch kar.

Anshuman ne Shiv Chhatrapati Awardee coach Gokul Kamnath aur Amit Awale se Vashi ke Father Agnel Sports Complex mei training li hai.
