Make It 29 In a Row: Mary Washington Women Nab Another CAC Title

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Mary Washington women’s swimming kept its record winning streak at the CAC Championships intact on Sunday at St. Mary’s, compiling 1065 points to claim its 29th consecutive title. The Eagles are the only team have ever won the title in the 29-year history of the CAC, the only team across all conference sports to hold such a streak.

Mary Washington junior Carley Vaughn, UMW freshman Grace Nicolai, and Mary Washington head coach Justin Anderson collected major awards to headline the 2019 All-CAC Women’s Swimming team.
