Little Movement in WISCA HS Girls Week Five Rankings

Things are settling down in Wisconsin HS girls swimming, with the top four teams in each division remaining at their respective spots from last week.

Week five doesn’t bring any big shake-ups, with Middleton still ahead in Division 1; they have yet to be knocked out of the top position thus far in the season. Verona Area-Mount Horeb sits at #2, with defending state champs Arrowhead in third.

Since Madison Edgewood took the top spot in Division 2 a couple of weeks ago from McFarland, the former team has remained in solid control of #1, though their 80+ point lead has dwindled down to just 30 points.

Though there hasn’t been much movement, Bay Port has jumped up six spots, now claiming #8 in the Division 1 polls after previously ranking outside of the top 10.
