I Toronto Titans hanno aggiunto una serie di nuovi nomi al loro roster per la stagione 2021 ISL, portando il numero totale di nuotatori a 38.
Essendo 36 il tetto massimo di atleti raggiungibile, ci si aspetta che 2 verranno esclusi.
Il roster aggiornato sul sito ufficiale della ISL elenca 13 atleti che non erano in squadra al momento della scadenza del periodo di free agency.

Candice Hall era già nel roster dei Titans nel 2020. Tuttavia, non ha mai partecipato ad alcuna gara ufficiale la scorsa stagione, il che significa che questa sarà la sua prima volta nella ISL.
Larissa Oliveira, era negli Aqua Centurions sia nel 2019 che nel 2020.
Dal lato maschile, debutta nella International Swimming League Lorenzo Zazzeri.
Lorenzo Zazzeri ha preso parte alle Olimpiadi di Tokyo chiudendo la sua prima edizione dei Giochi con la medaglia d’argento nella staffetta 4×100 stile libero e la finale dei 50 metri stile libero maschili.
