Session Start Times

The prelims are split into 2 sessions per day with a warmup separating them. They will begin 3 hours apart each day and then finals will begin every day at 5:30 pm EST. The 50 free, all 100s, and all 200s will be contested in prelims/finals format and the 400 free, 400 IM, 800 free, and 1500 free will all be swum as timed finals.

As for swimmers outside of Canada, it doesn’t look like the stream will be available to watch live, however, highlights and race videos will be published daily.
