A week ago, on October 24th, the New Mexico State Aggies hosted their annual alumni meet featuring the current Aggies dueling the Aggie alumni.
The meet included:
- 50s of each stroke
- 100s of each stroke
- 200 free
- 100IM
- 200IM
- 3 and 10 meter diving events.
To even the playing field a little, there were special rules in place. Alumni were permitted to use fins, take off early, and split races with other teammates to finish races. The alumni team came away with the victory, and bragging rights for another year.
New Mexico State alumni Gina Palombit (better known as the videographer from Michael McBroom’s wedding) took some video from the meet and edited together the above video highlighting the fun of the event.
