Swim for MS is an organization that uses swimming as a vehicle to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis, a horrendous disease with an as-of-yet unknown cause and with no cure. The condition often leads to severe physical disability, and eventually death.
The cause already has signed on Olympic Champion Missy Franklin as an ambassador, and now they have a new partner, a company that we are also proud to work with, Hardcore Swim out of California. Hardcore Swim is the sponsor of our weekly Hardcore Swim of the Week series.
Hardcore Swim is producing a special suit for Swim For MS, proceeds of which will directly benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.

They’ve also produced a suit for Team NEGU, the foundation started in honor of young Jessica Joy Rees, a former swimmer in Mission Viejo who died far too young from brain cancer. We at SwimSwam love this organization (as do Olympians like Chloe Sutton), as they travel to hospitals around the country providing Joy Jars for sick hospital-ridden children.

Hardcore Swim hasn’t paid us for this post, they didn’t even ask for this post, but this is an example of why we’re proud of who we work with. The suits benefit a great cause and just flat-out look cool.
Most of all, we love working with them. They love swimming. They love all swimming. They’d just as soon see the Hardcore Swim given to a 15-year old star in Belarus as they would a professional in the United States.
