1 x 1,000 yds straight free (warm-up)
5 x 200’s kick – descend 1-3, 4 easy, 5 fast (5-10 sec rest)
5 x 200’s pull (paddles optional) – descend 1-3, 4 easy, 5 fast (5-10 sec rest)
3 x 100 drill (stroke)
8 x 50 sprint stroke – goal to hit 15m mark off both walls (5-10 sec rest)
