Ellen Fero Verbally Commits to Indiana State

Fishers High School’s Ellen Fero has verbally committed to swim at Indiana State University beginning in the fall of 2020. She announced,

At the 2019 Indiana High School State Championships Ellen and her teammates finished in the A-final in both the 200 and 400-free relays and the 200-medley relay. She swam free on the medley relay where she split a 23.49 in prelims. She also improved her individual 50 free (24.01) time at the meet, earning a 2019 Futures cut.

At the club level, Ellen recently competed at the Indiana Senior Short Course Championship for her team, the Fishers Area Swimming Tigers. There she earned personal best times in the 200, 500, and 1650 free events.
