Virginia’s Ella Nelson reflects on her time at Virginia and what her future has in store: “I’m really, really happy to see it all paying off.”
she’s a great swimmer and sweet person. She, Hayes, and Walsh squared will do aome damage. I wish UVA would also pickup one of the sandpiper beasts.
Hayes isn’t for another year. HS class of 24
Realllly hope she comes back for a 5th year bc it will make next year even more exciting in the team race with Texas and Stanford. These are some of the best/most memorable years of her life (true for most college athletes). So I’m sure prolonging the good times another year, which is a rare silver lining from the horror of the pandemic disrupting everything, and getting to hang/train with her closest friends and teammates (“third Walsh sister” lol I love it) would be an opportunity too difficult to pass up. I wonder if the Walshes have been trying hard to sell her on staying next year. I bet they have!
Would be huge! Fun rooting for the Nashville girls.
Nelson coming back for 5th year would be huge for Virginia
please ella nelson 5th year!!!!!!
