Dryland Circuit with Larry Arnold

With the temperatures still over 105 in Phoenix, we’ve taken early season dryland inside Larry Arnold’s studio, LA Body Kraft.

This was one of our longer sessions with Larry and this circuit was the last thing of the day. Over 20 minutes of strength building that doubles for aerobic training. With only the walk to the next station as recovery and a minute or so between the 4 rounds, these guys were working almost the entire time.
