Awesome Coleman. Any chance of getting Dave Hemmings on the podcast? He is the co-coach at Loughbourgh with Mel Marshall and coaches the majority of those swimmers (Abbie Wood, Joe/Max Litchfield, James Wilby, Molly Renshaw, etc;)? Heard that he is a very technical and insightful guy.

He had a great performance in the 200, but he really didn’t carry his weight in that 4×200 given his ability. He really should’ve been within a second of his PB at least – all of his teammates went at least .5 faster than theirs (albeit w/ a flying start)

Richard’s had a good year will he remain constant or improve,I think not.
I don’t even see him.making the next world’s,lots of talent waiting in the wings.
