September 22nd, 2016 Club, Video

Derek Toomey, a former college All-American who is now coaching at MAC- Madison Aquatic Club produced a go-pro video of their training.

As Toomey calls it-  this video is “A Day in the Life of a MAC Performance Swimmer.”

SwimSwam posts these videos to encourage all swimmers (club, college and prospective student-athetles) to continue to enjoy the sport. It is also a way to share experiences with readers who otherwise may not get to see inside these teams. These videos are a great opportunity for people to see what happens on training trips, travel meets, national championships or even just day to day events on teams. These teams work hard and are excited to share with everyone not just the results we post, but also their memories and swimming experiences.

You can learn more about Madison Aquatic Club and their upcoming meets/events at their website.

This video is courtesy of Derek Toomey and MAC.

Wrong MAC . ppl might be imore interested in what is going down in SwimMAC territory . We’ve seen the vids but what does a state of emergency mean for the rest of Charlotte? Is it an outlier or reflective of discord?

I went to swim practice every day during the Baltimore riots and made sure I was home by the 10 pm curfew every night. It’s what they told us to do. Live.

The only riot entertainment in Madison WI was in the state Supreme Court when judges went biffo . Before that I loved the pic of the leftie who chained herself by the neck to a column in the state house . I guess its the cold climate –
