Elsewhere in USA this weekend….
Talking about age group breaststrokers, I mention the 2.00.95 by 13-year-old Ethan Dang in the 200 breast at Pacific North West 14 and under short course championships.
I had missed his 2.18.95 in long course at US winter nationals 2 weeks ago.
So it’s not surprising to see him close to the 2-minute barrier.
Looks like he’s now the second fastest ever 13-year-old US boy behind Reece Whitley in 2.00.14.
And already the 3rd fastest ever 13/14 US boy behind Reece Whitley (NAG record of 1.55.52) and Michael Andrew (1.59.63).
