Combination of a ‘Technique’ (Freestyle Breath-Timing) & ‘Base-Building’ Workout for the second week of a HS Team that is trying to hit peak performance at Varsity Conference on February 7-8, 2025.

What’s the wiffle ball for?

The wiffle ball is used to force variation in their hand position/feel for the water (similar to closed fist) and force them to really use their forearms during the underwater pull.
