^speaking of that video, any thoughts on what he could have gone in the 200fly tonight had he gone out chasing the pool record. I wonder how much mentally he paced himself, wanting to win but not break the record. He wanted to be 1/100th over if he could, that didn’t happen but at least it was him who broke it!!

Seeing Bob on deck….he looks like he’s having fun, very relaxed. All of his swimmers are performing well considering their training. As a whole NBAC is kicking-butt.
