Viktoriya Andreeva

Viktoriya Andreeva was born in St Petersburg, Russia on June 21st, 1992.

A breaststroke and freestyle specialist, Andreeva finished third at 2015 Fina World Junior Swimming Championships.

At the 2016 Russian Olympic Trails, Andreeva finished second in the 200M free to Veronika Popova. Although she also placed second in the 100M Free, Andreeva failed to make the Russian selection standard time for the Olympics. Additionally, Andreeva finished third in the women’s 100M Butterfly.  In the 200M Individual Medley, Andreeva bettered the Russian Record to her time of 2:09.56, which currently ranks her second in the world this season. The previous record was a 2:11.73.
