Leonardo Coelho Santos is a competitive swimmer who represents Brazil internationally.
2018 World Championships (Hangzhou, China)
In Hangzhou, Santos won gold in the 800 freestyle relay in a world record time of 6:46.81 alongside Luiz Altamir Melo, Fernando Scheffer and Breno Correia.
He also finished sixth in the 200 IM (1:53.38) and 15th in the 400 IM (4:08.93).
2019 Pan American Games (Lima, Peru)
In Lima, Santos won his first individual international gold, touching for bronze in the 200 IM (2:00.29) and silver in the 400 IM (4:19.41), registering new personal bests in both.
