Hendrik Feldwehr is a German breaststroke specialist and Olympian. Born August 18, 1986 Feldwehr has competed in the highest international competitions including the World Championships, Olympic Games, German National Championships and has been both a German and European Record Holder. Feldwehr also enjoys playing beach volleyball and snowboarding in his time away from the pool.

2009 World Championships
After recently breaking out onto the swimming scene at the 2009 German Championships with a gold medal in the 100-meter breast, Feldwehr qualified for the 2009 World Championships in Rome. The sprint specialist finished 4th overall in the 50-meter breast, marking a new European Record in the event. Feldwehr also finished 7th in the 100-meter breast, and helped his relay team pick up the silver medal in the 4×100-meter medley relay.

2009 European Short Course Championships
Not long after having the breakout meet of his career, Feldwehr competed at the 2009 European Short Course Championships. He was a member of the silver-medal winning 4×50-meter medley relay and finished 9th overall in the individual 50-meter event.

2012 London Olympics
In his first Olympic Games Feldwehr travelled to London to compete in the 100-meter breaststroke. In the preliminary heats Feldweher went 1:01.00 to finish 7th within his heat.

2015 World Championships
At the 2015 World Championships in Kazan Feldwehr earned the no. 6 spot going into the championship final of the 100-meter breast. Although his first 50 meters was one of the fastest in the fields, Feldwehr struggled the back-half of his race, and picked up the 8th place finish. Feldwehr also finished 10th in the semi-final 50-meter breast, and just missed out on advancing to the championship final.
