Chloe Davis

Chloe Davis, daughter of Brenda and Ken Davis was raised in Merrimack, New Hampshire. At the age of six, Chloe dove into the world of swimming when she joined the local Amherst Swim Club. After two seasons with the Amherst Alligators, Chloe joined the Merrimack Marlins YMCA Club as an eight and under. The following year, she joined the club team Executive under coach Brian Crawford. Chloe swam with Executive throughout the rest of her childhood and high school career. In addition to being a member of Executive, Chloe joined the Merrimack High School Swim Team and competed with them throughout her four years there. On both teams Chloe proved to be a successful athlete competing at all levels. After graduating from Merrimack High School, Chloe continued on to Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts where she currently swims under coach Mindy Williams. Now in her senior year, Chloe is one of three captains, and has led the Sharks through another successful season. She is a very well-rounded swimmer, but enjoys training and competing in backstroke and IM events.

Club

As an Executive Swim Club member, Chloe earned many accolades among her peers. She was a New England Age Group qualifier, and competed at New England Opens. She holds records at her high school in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays and in the 100 backstroke. She was awarded MVP, and received the Most Dedicated Award from her club team, Executive.

College-Simmons College

2011-2015 

Chloe’s success did not end in high school. As a Simmons Shark, Chloe has qualified, competed and scored throughout her four years at the GNAC Championships and NEISDA Championships. During her freshman year Chloe received Rookie of the Year from the Simmons College Athletic Department, in addition to winning the swim team’s Rookie of the Year award. Her freshman, sophomore and junior year she was GNAC Champion in the 200 Backstroke, and was a member on the winning 200 Freestyle Relay and 400 Medley Relay at the 2014 GNAC meet. As a senior, Chloe was named captain and will help lead the Sharks at the 2015 NEISDA Championships.

Personal

Chloe studies Nutrition and Dietetics and is on track to receive her DPD, in addition to being a double major in Public Health. She will receive her BS and MS in Nutrition/Wellness and Health Promotion. Chloe strives to be a sports dietitian, with aspirations to one day run her own practice.
