She now moves up from #17 to #15 in the all-time US age group rankings. She has dropped over a second in the event in the last year, also helping improve her IM abilities as well.

The other winner on the girls side of the night came from Madi Mintenko who swam a 54.85 in the 100 freestyle. That was faster than her previous best time of a 55.09 that she swam for 24th in prelims at US Olympic Trials. Her best time coming into the season was a 55.34 from 2023 Summer Junior Nationals.

After winning the 100 breast last night, rising Texas sophomore Nate Germonprez was one of two swimmers under the 50-second mark in the 100 free. Germonprez swam to a 49.46 while Camden Taylor touched in a 49.95. The swim was Germonprez’s first time under the 50 mark as his old best time was a 50.02 from May.
