Alaina Scifo Named NEC Rookie Of The Week

Bryant University women’s swimming and diving freshman Alaina Scifo (Ipswich, Great Britain) has been named the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday.

Scifo picks up the first weekly honor of her career after winning both back events against the University of Rhode Island last Saturday. She won the 100 back with a time of 58.97 and the 200 back with a time of 2:06.53. Both of her times were season-best performances.
