Adele’s epic Skyfall is soulfully smooth, melancholy, and tragic…the perfect soundtrack for a James Bond film and/or a swim team facing an epic workout. We’ve all had this feeling upon seeing a monstrous set from our coaches. A rock forms in the pit of our stomachs, we take a deep breath, and we push forward…set after set…practice after practice.
