Hello Swimmers, Aaj Jo Workout Aap Dekhne Ja Rhe Hai Uska Name To Apne Title Me Padh Hi Liya Hoga, Aaj Ke Workout Ka Name “The Terminator Workout” Hai Ye Workout Mainly High School Swimmers Ke Liye Hai But Aap Bhi Iss Workout Ko Try Kar Skte Hai, Average Is Workout Ko Karne Me 90min Lagte Hai Or Is Workout Ki Total Distance 5800m Hai.

200m Apne choice Ki Drill. 
200m kick. 
200m “finger tip drag drill”. 
200m swim.
Har set ke baad 10 sec ka rest
Main Set 5*500m descend karna hai
4*200m build karna hai
10*100m  jitni fast ho ske. 
10*50m strong.
7:00 me ek 500
3:00 me ek 200 
1:20 me ek 100m 
40 sec me ek 50 
Warm-Down 200 warm down.
