Madison Kennedy Interview Message to David Marsh: Princess is Coming to Practice

Madison Kennedy placed 2nd on Saturday in the 50 free with a 24.78, coming in behind her teammate and training partner Arianna Vanderpool-Wallace at the Charlotte Grand Prix.

Kennedy is always a good interview, and among the gems she drops includes informing her coach David Marsh that she does come to practice every day, but sometimes she just has to swim with the middle-distance group. Her proof that she’s coming to practice is the fact that this was a lifetime best by .15 seconds.

She also shares a great perspective on why the 100 freestyle is easier than the 50…and it has nothing to do with the training.
