MN Boys StateA: Fergus Falls champion in shock standing on top, Faribault is fast, Breck/Blake, and more

Some great interviews with:

1. Fergus Falls champion in 100 freestyle, Cal Mouritsen (12), headed to University of North Dakota. He shares great story of looking up to others on the podium, especially his former teammate (who is now in college) Mike Hurley, MN State Record Holder. Now he is the one on top. This is what it is all about. One leads and inspires another who then picks up the torch to carry it on.

2. Faribault – Small but mighty team ends up 4th in meet, and two 2nd place finishes in two of their relays – Paul Sadergaski (9) and also 2nd in 100 fly, Brady Bresnahan (11) and also 2nd in 100 free, David Sadergaski (11) and also 8th in 100 fly, and Dakota Vininski (12).

3. Breck/Blake Coaches: Kris Rosenberg, Michell Carlson, and Brian Wright share what makes their team great, and how it is wonderful to see two typical rival schools come together to make one for high school boys.

4. Humphrey Pruett, state champion in 100 breaststroke and what it is like helping Breck/Blake get 2nd after several 3rd place finishes.
5. Benilde St. Margaret swimmer had huge improvement. Tommy McGinn (9) shares how he dropped 20 seconds in the 500 freestyle to make it to state meet.
