2024 PARIS SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES

Day 1 of swimming action at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games had many highs, with medals awarded in the men’s 400 free, women’s 400 free, men’s 4×100 free relay, and women’s 100 free relay. We’ve done our best to gather videos for each of the events on day 1, so that you can relive all of the excitement thus far.

Frankly, I am surprised by some of the times posted on Day 1.

Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations.

I’m going to focus on the “racing” moving forward to avoid diminishing the enjoyment of the Games.

Adopting the right mindset.

Yeah this pool is slow af.

Was sure about WRs in both 400 free.
