WATCH: Ella Nelson Defends 400 IM Title At 2024 ACC Championships (Day 3 Race Videos)

Yes! Great to see Ella recognized in a headline, in what I believe is a 4-peat! Alex/Gretchen and Kate often get the accolades and headlines, but Ella is right there in terms of consistency, versatility, and points for the team at ACCs and NCAAs, with huge finals performances each year. If she were on any other team, she’d be the super star!
