WOMEN’S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: Julia Heimstead, Jr., Arizona (Bloomington, Ill.)
- Captured two individual first place finishes and two relay wins to assist in Arizona’s 180-120 win over NAU and 185.5-108.5 win over Washington State.
- In the 200-yard free, Heimstead finished with a time of 1:49.65, coming in 2.65 seconds earlier than her runner-up opponent.
- Earned a first place finish in the 100-fly with a time of 54.84.
- Assisted in Arizona’s win in the 200-yard medley relay (1:42.74) and the 400-yard free relay (3:25.44).
WOMEN’S DIVER OF THE WEEK: Delaney Schnell, Gr., Arizona (Tucson, Ariz.)
- Earned wins in the 1-meter and 3-meter dives against NAU and Washington State.
- In the women’s 3-meter, Schnell earned an NCAA qualifying score of 393.45, 15.6 point higher than her entry entry score (377.85) and 104.32 points higher than the runner up (289.43).
- Her 3-meter dive set a new dual meet Arizona program record (Samantha Pickens, 2011).
- Earned her second NCAA qualifying score of the meet on her first-place 1-meter finish (306.53).

2023 Pac-12 Swimming & Diving Championships
- The 2023 Men’s and Women’s Pac-12 Championships will be held in Federal Way Washington at the Weyerhaeuser King’s County Aquatic Center. The Women’s Swimming and Men’s and Women’s Diving Championships will take place from Feb. 22-25, 2023 and the Men’s Swimming Championships will take place from March 1-4, 2023.
